Hey guys. I just wanted to mention something really important, so if you could take a sec and listen up, that would be great.
Last year, on March 27th, my friend Hunter lost his sister to cystic fibrosis.
Her name was Eva, and she was 25 years old.
She was drowning from the inside.
She needed a lung transplant, and didn’t get it in time.
If you aren’t an organ donor already, I am begging you to take a minute and sign up. All you need is your health card, name, and birthday.
If something happens to you, you can make sure something doesn’t happen to someone else. You can save their life.
I’m sorry, did you hear that?
If you can spend two hours on Tumblr looking at shitty hipster photos of cats and galaxies and “in that moment I swear we were infinite” quotes, you can take less than two minutes to fill out a form that can save a life.
If you ‘like’ or ‘reblog’ this, I fully expect that you should have made the effort to register as an organ donor in your province/state.
And to those who already are donors, you truly are the angels on Earth.

(I know a lot of you aren’t Canadian, and I’m unsure what the policies are in the US. I’m sure it’s no more difficult)
